Porky Potatoes

  • 4 to 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Wash pork chops and pat dry.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Salt and pepper them.

    Place potato slices on top of pork chops.

    In small bowl combine the melted butter and flour.

    Stir and add Parmesan cheese; mix well.

    Add milk and mix.

    The mixture will be lumpy.

    Spoon some of the lumps over the potatoes, then pour the rest of the mixture on top.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
