- 4 to 6 potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Wash pork chops and pat dry.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Salt and pepper them.

4Place potato slices on top of pork chops.

5In small bowl combine the melted butter and flour.

6Stir and add Parmesan cheese; mix well.

7Add milk and mix.

8The mixture will be lumpy.

9Spoon some of the lumps over the potatoes, then pour the rest of the mixture on top.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

12Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
