  • 2 c. Port wine
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 bottle pectin (1 pouch = 1/2 bottle)

    in double boiler over medium heat. Cook until sugar

    is dissolved (about 2 to 3 minutes).

    Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
