  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Port wine
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap.

    Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

    Unwrap cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika.

    Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple.

    Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.
