  • 8 slices bread, cubed (trim off crusts)
  • 5 or 6 sausages (skinless)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Alternate layers of bread cubes, cheese and sausage in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Mix rest of ingredients with lightly beaten eggs.

    Pour over the contents of dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
