- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce or to taste
- 1 (46 oz.0 can vegetable juice (such as V-8)
