- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast
- 1 1/2 cups Poblano Peppers [ chopped]
- 1 Onion [diced]
- 2 teaspoons Garlic [minced]
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Hominy [canned}
- 1/4 cup Radishes [thinly sliced]
- 1/4 cup Cabbage [diced]
- 1/4 cup Cilantro [chopped]
Directions

11. Place all ingredients except hominy and garnishes into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

22. Take chicken out of slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker along with the hominy and cook for another 30 minutes.

33. Serve soup into bowls and garnish with radish, cabbage and cilantro
