- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. tomato pulp or canned tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. potatoes, diced
Directions

1Wash meat.

2Heat fat and onion in pan in which pot pie is to be baked.

3Add the meat, sprinkle the flour over meat and brown meat, stirring occasionally until uniformly browned.
