- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 12 small onions, cut in half
- 1 box frozen baby carrots
- 8 peeled potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cover roast with flour mixture.

3In large skillet, add 3 tablespoons butter.

4Brown roast on all sides.

5Remove roast and place in large roasting pan.

6Arrange onions, potatoes and carrots around roast.

7Sprinkle on soup mix over roast and vegetables.

8Add water.

9Cook for 2 hours, covered.

10Add water if needed.

11Cook for 25 minutes or longer, uncovered, until veggies and roast are brown and tender.
