  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 regular box strawberry jello
  • 1 1/2 qt. strawberries (approximately)

Directions

    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear.

    Add dry jello.
  3. 3
    Cool completely.
  4. 4
    Slice strawberries and fold into jello mixture.
  5. 5
    Put in favorite pie crust.
  6. 6
    Top with Cool Whip. Makes two pies.
