- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Trim excess fat from meat.

2Place meat in plastic bag; set in a deep bowl.

3For marinade, combine cooking oil, soy, lemon juice, honey gark and ginger.

4Pour over meat; close bag.

5Marinate overnight in refrigerator; turn bag occasionally to distribute marinade.
