- 3 to 5 lb. pot roast
- cut up vegetables (carrots, green pepper, onion and potatoes)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Make a paste of the ingredients, except roast and vegetables. Sear meat on stove for 20 minutes.

2In 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 sauce, meat, vegetables and remaining sauce.

3Bake at 375° for about two hours, covered.

4Can also be made in crock-pot.
