- 1 c. red wine
- 1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 lb. Angus beef roast
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Carrots
Directions

1Rinse and pat roast dry.

2Blend soup, wine and onion soup mix.

3Put roast in large piece of heavy foil. Pour soup mix over roast.

4Place potatoes, carrots, and onions around roast.

5Seal foil.

6Bake in 350° oven for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
