Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 cut up chickens or skinned chicken breasts only (8 pieces or so)
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 7 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

    Mix sugar, catsup, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.

    Pour over chicken in casserole.

    Cover.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or more. Serve with wild rice or white rice.

    Put a little sauce on it. This is very tasty.
