- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 -4 large potatoes, quartered
- 3 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
