- 1 roast (any kind)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 onion, chopped up
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- flour for roast
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Flour both sides of roast.

2Cook in large pot with a little grease.

3Turn roast when gets brown on both sides.

4Leave in pan. Cover with water and put in cut up onion.

5Turn down; cook slow about 2 hours or until tender.

6Take roast out.

7Put in package onion soup mix and 2 tablespoons cornstarch that's been dissolved in water.

8It will thicken, gravy.
