- 3 to 4 lb. roast
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. salt
- flour
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
Directions

1Brown garlic in some oil.

2Flour roast and brown in oil. Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.

3Slice a whole onion and lay on roast.

4Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

5Continue cooking for another hour.
