Ingredients
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 9 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Cut 3 (2 1/4-inch) circles from each tortilla using a biscuit cutter.

3Dip tortillas in water; drain on paper towels.

4Place rounds in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until chips are crisp and begin to brown.

6Remove from oven and let cool.

7Spoon 2 teaspoons vegetable mixture on each tortilla chip; divide cheese evenly among chips.

8Broil 6 inches from heat 1 minute or until cheese melts.

9Yields 26 appetizers.
