Pot Roasted Doves

Ingredients
- 25 dove breasts
- 3 large onions
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 sticks butter
- Season-All to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 c. water
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Brown onions, white bottoms of green onions and bell pepper in butter.

2At the same time boil dove breasts for 15 minutes; drain and season with Worcestershire sauce and Season-All.

3When onions are golden brown, add doves, garlic and 1/2 green onion tops. Cook 10 minutes.

4Stir to keep from sticking.

5Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook on low fire for 30 minutes.

6Stir frequently. Doves will cook in onion juice and water.

7Add rest of onion tops and 1 more cup of water.

8Cook 15 minutes.

9Serve with pot of white beans and rice and French bread.
