- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together in large bowl.

2Put into baking dish. Crush up corn flakes; mix with the other 1/2 cup butter or margarine and spread over potato mixture.

3Beak at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.
