  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes and onions are tender.
