Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 small onion, grated
- 4 heaping Tbsp. Cheez Whiz
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- salt and pepper
- canned milk
Directions

1Scrub potatoes.

2Dry on paper towel and rub skins with Crisco. Bake potatoes until done.

3Remove from oven and cut into lengthwise.

4Scoop out potato.

5Save potato skins.

6Mash potato with the onion, Cheez Whiz, oleo, salt and pepper.

7Add enough milk to make potatoes fluffy.

8Scoop potato mixture back into potato skins.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

11Serve with sour cream, if desired.
