- 12 c. flour
- 1 c. Potato Buds
- 4 Tbsp. wheat gluten
- 1 c. oat bran
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/2 c. Puritan oil
- 4 tsp. yeast
- 5 1/2 c. milk (part water may be used)
Directions

1Warm liquid to 110°.

2Add honey and yeast; whisk until yeast is dissolved.

3Blend dry ingredients.

4Add liquid to dry mix. Knead thoroughly.

5Let rise to double.

6Punch down.

7Knead again. Form loaves.

8Rise to double.

9Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

10Makes 4 loaves.
