    ["Stir 2 teaspoons of sugar with water until dissolved. Sprinkle in yeast, and let stand 10 minutes. Stir well.", "Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, the sugar and salt in a large bowl. Heat next 3 ingredients in a saucepan (1 1/4 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes, and 1/4 cup margarine). Heat this mixture until margarine is melted, and then cool it until just warm. Add it to the flour mixture, and beat until really smooth.", "Beat in yeast mixture and eggs, and then 1 cup of flour. It will be like thick batter. Beat for 2 minutes with wooden spoon. Stir in about 3 cups of flour to make a soft dough.", "It will be A LOT of dough, so don't be surprised! Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. You'll knead in about 1/2 cup of flour more to make it still soft, but easy to handle.", "Put dough in a VERY large, greased bowl and make sure the dough is oiled on both sides. Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours. This dough will EXPAND a lot, so make sure you have a VERY large bowl!", "Punch down dough, turn out on a floured board, and knead lightly.
