  • peanut butter

    Boil potato until done.

    Mash potato (do not add anything). Then add powdered sugar to dough consistency.

    Roll out to about 1/16-inch thick.

    Spread peanut butter all over.

    Roll up and slice.

    May add food coloring at beginning for color.
