- 3 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 green onions, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes whole with skins on in salted water until not quite done.

2Remove skins.

3Grate coarsely on the large section of the grater.

4Mix all other ingredients together, then add the grated potatoes.

5Place mixture in large casserole dish.

6Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350° or until hot.

7Serves 6 to 8.
