- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed to separate
- 1/2 c. melted oleo margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix all but last 2 ingredients together and pour into large buttered casserole dish.

2Top with cornflakes mixed with margarine.

3Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
