  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed to separate
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo margarine
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all but last 2 ingredients together and pour into large buttered casserole dish.

    Top with cornflakes mixed with margarine.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
