- 9 potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes (room temperature)
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Mash potatoes.

2Mix cream cheese, then add other ingredients and whip until light and fluffy.

3Pour into ungreased casserole; sprinkle French fried onions over top.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown.
