  • 9 potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes (room temperature)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Mash potatoes.

    Mix cream cheese, then add other ingredients and whip until light and fluffy.

    Pour into ungreased casserole; sprinkle French fried onions over top.

    Cover with foil.
