- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix hash browns, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup melted butter and cream of chicken soup.

2Mix in Cheddar cheese and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Crush corn flakes and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Put on top of potato mix (don't blend in). Bake 1 hour at 350°.
