- 6 medium potatoes
- 10 oz. Colby or Cheddar cheese
- green onions (3 to 5)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skins on and let cool.

2Peel skins and grate potatoes in large bowl.

3Grate cheese and add all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.

4Mix well.

5Spread mixture in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of mixture.

7Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, uncovered.
