  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 c. (rounded) Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs.

    Pour in lightly buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
