- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 melted margarine
Directions

1Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.

2Combine all but last 2 ingredients.

3Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased casserole dish. Combine corn flakes and margarine.

4Spread on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
