- 6 potatoes
- 1 pkg. light cream
- 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes (early in the day) in their jackets.

2Cool; peel; dice.

3Put in nonstick pan or frypan; add light cream and Swiss cheese in pieces and heat on stove until cheese melts; mix throughly.

4Put in buttered 2-quart casserole; let set 2 hours. Sprinkle on buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.

5Bake in oven 1/2 hour at 350°.
