  • 1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Grease and flour tube pan.

    Beat sugar, oil and eggs with mixture.

    Do not use mixer for rest of cake.

    Add spices and flour; mix well.

    Add apples and nuts; mix well.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
