  • 6 medium boiled potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Boil potatoes with skins on.

    When cold, peel and grate.

    In medium pan, combine butter, sour cream, cheese and salt.

    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
  5. 5
    Add onions and pour over potatoes which have been placed in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
