- 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix all together, except corn flakes and melted butter.

2Put in shallow casserole dish.

3Mix cornflakes and melted butter; spread on top of potato mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until lightly browned.

5Makes a large amount and can be frozen.
