- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
- 1 stick melted butter (oleo)
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 stick melted oleo
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread over potatoes.

3Crush corn flakes in bowl; pour melted oleo over flakes.

4Sprinkle over potato and soup mixture.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
