  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes or potato chips
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, optional

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish. Spread topping of 2 cups crushed cornflakes or potato chips and melted oleo. Bake at 375° for one hour.
