- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw the potatoes and combine the rest.

2Bake 1 hour at 350° or until potatoes are tender.

3During the last 15 minutes, put crushed crackers on top.

4Serves 12 to 15 and cooks best in 2 casserole dishes.
