- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 stick butter
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets.

2Cube in casserole dish.

3Cube cheese over potatoes.

4Add onion and pimento.

5Cube bread on top. Melt butter; pour on top of bread cubes.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts at 350°.
