  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Boil potatoes until tender; drain.

    Mix with remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, uncovered.

    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
