Potato Chowder

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. ham (sandwich ham), cut into shreds
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

    Soak in cold water.

    Fry ham and onions

    Drain diced potatoes and place layer in bottom of stew pot.
