  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced turnips
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper or pimiento
  • 2 c. thin white sauce
  • salt and pepper
