  • 6 lg. potatoes
  • 8 ears of corn (slice the kernels off)
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 sweet pepper (opt.), cut up fine

Directions

    Cut up bacon and onions then add in the pepper.

    Cook these in a skillet till onions are lightly browned.

    Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish and sprinkle with flour.

    Next, add in a layer of corn kernels, bacon bits and browned onion.

    Continue layering as needed.

    Now, pour the lowfat milk over the layers and bake at 350 degree oven till the top starts browning.
