  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Blend soup, sour cream and milk.

    Pour over potatoes and onions.

    Sprinkle cheese, then melted butter over that.

    Top with chips.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole for 1 hour at 370°.
