Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 lb. sour cream (16 oz.)
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Thaw the potatoes for 30 minutes.

    Mix with remaining ingredients except corn flakes.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with corn flakes and bake for 1 hour at 375°.
