- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 red skin potatoes
- 1/2 c. stock
Directions

1Fry onion, garlic, thyme and salt in 1 teaspoon oil until onion is clear and soft.

2Place a layer of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of ovenproof serving dish.

3Pour fried mixture in layers with potatoes.

4Pour 1/2 cup stock over completed layers.

5Place foil on top and bake 50 minutes at 350°.
