- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- minced onion
- shredded cheese
- barbecue potato chips
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes and shred.

2Melt oleo (reserve 1/4 cup for topping).

3Cook cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup oleo until smooth, then add sour cream with minced onion, salt and pepper. Pour liquid over potatoes, stir thoroughly.

4If it seems dry, add a little milk.

5Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top, then sprinkle 2 cups of barbecue potato chips, crushed, over the top. Pour the other 1/4 cup of oleo over the top.

6Bake at 350° if potatoes are warm for 15 minutes.

7If they are cold, bake for 45 minutes.
