  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. dried parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel potatoes and grate.

    Drain in colander.
  3. 3
    Squeeze excess water out of potatoes.
  4. 4
    Saute celery, onions and parsley in butter. Add grated potatoes and egg and season to taste.

    Stir and cook over low heat until potatoes are thoroughly cooked.

    Filling need not be completely done if baked in a casserole in oven.
  7. 7
    Filling can be put into any type of fowl.
