- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen Southern style hash browns
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in ham and thawed potatoes.

2Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

3Combine the last two ingredients (margarine and corn flakes) and sprinkle on top.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

5Serves 10 to 12.
