  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour or Matso meal
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder

    Peel or scrub potatoes and cut into long strips about 1/2-inch wide.

    Dry strips thoroughly on paper towels.
